Prints
Giclée prints are printed on acid free paper using lightfast inks. The size listed is that of the image not the sheet of paper. Each image is hand signed and numbered by the artist. Copyright of the image remains with the artist.
Originals
All original drawings are unique and signed by the artist. Copyright of the image remains with the artist.
Framing
For unframed prints or original drawings a good general rule is to leave a space of at least 1cm between the edge of the image and a mount or mat. The width of the mount or mat should be at least 8cms all around with slightly more along the bottom.
Prints can be framed to order by a local recommended framer but will require collection from London, EC1.
Payment
For those images listed as Price on Application, please email via the Contact form with your enquiry.
Payments are made using PayPal, a secure payment processor. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment using the system. All major debit and credit cards are accepted and, once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming the transaction.
If you would rather pay using a cheque or bank transfer, please email your request via the Contact form.
Delivery
Work can be delivered within the UK and internationally. All work is carefully packaged to a high standard.
A single delivery charge of £10 sterling, regardless of the number of pictures ordered, will be added at the point of payment for deliveries within the UK. For international deliveries a single delivery charge of £15 sterling will apply.
All pictures will be sent within 14 days of an order being placed. Within the UK orders will be delivered by courier and we email to confirm the date of delivery and a tracking number. Ensure you are available to accept delivery and please get in touch by email if you need delivery on a specific day. International orders will be sent via international courier and an email will be sent with an estimated arrival date.
Orders are delivered to the address you register with PayPal. If you would like delivery made to a different location please state this in the Notes to Seller section during your purchase. Please check your delivery address before completing your order as we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address or lost in transit.
Framed work must be collected from London EC1.
If your delivery address is outside the European Union you may be liable for import duties, customs or local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your picture a refund can be arranged on condition that email notification is given within 7 days of receipt of the picture and that the picture is returned in its original condition within 14 working days.
The cost of postage cannot be refunded. Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed.
